Preparation: Every order is prepared with care in our Istanbul atelier and handed to our courier partner within 1–5 business days.

Shipping is free on all orders.

Allow 12–24 hours for the reeds to absorb the scent fully.

Tip: For a stronger scent, flip the reeds once a week.

Surface protection: The essences in the product can damage wooden, painted or varnished surfaces. We recommend placing a coaster under the bottle. If anything spills, wipe the surface straight away with a damp cloth.
